A man injured several people at the Gare du Nord train station in Paris. Police officers quickly eliminated the man, the French interior minister tweeted.
According to French media, six travelers were stabbed with a knife. Several people were injured, reports the vice president of transport infrastructure in and around Paris on Twitter.
When he “pulled out” the perpetrator, the police would shoot. The attacker reportedly suffered minor injuries.
The accident disrupted rail traffic to and from the railway station for a short time. Gare du Nord is one of the busiest train stations in the world. There are also trains from Amsterdam.
