Dr. Al-Jalali said in an interview with “Sabah Al-Saudi Arabia” on the Saudi channel: There is an American scientist who has opened a laboratory in New York in which he has tested quantities of camel milk in the world, he did analysis on them and compared them with goat milk and mother milk, and found that the closest milk to mother milk is camel milk, and the scientist pointed out that the carbohydrates in camel milk are very lower than those of cows and goats.
