let | The Intel video card program has been leaked

The company is just starting to feel the taste of VGA production.

Intel has been planning to enter the dedicated desktop video card segment for many years. This finally happened in 2022, although the release of the cards has been slightly delayed in recent months. Currently, you can find ARC A380, A750 and A770 cards in Hungarian shops, so you don’t have to worry about availability.

It’s no secret that the giant didn’t want to show its power with the first generation. Arc Alchemist’s flagship model wedged between the RTX 3060 and 3060 Ti, so it can only be called a mid-range forte. Right now, the number one goal is to perfect the pilots. In older titles, Intel’s cards aren’t that great, but in a few months it was possible to bring 10-15% just with a software update. This can be especially encouraging for the future.

The company’s schedule was leaked a few days ago!

The figure above shows what Intel is preparing for the next few years in an excellent way. In the third and fourth quarter of 2023, the cards of the Alchemist + architecture could arrive, which will only be crumpled versions of the current series. The upper category would not be affected by the giant until the end of 2023. However, the Battlemage will arrive from 2024, which will also bring beasts over 225 watts with it. Intel describes Enthusiast as a category, so there’s a good chance they’ll attack the more powerful models of the RTX 40 and RX 7000 series. Hopefully, by early 2024, racers will be fully prepared to tap into the potential of the chips.
