Of comedy by De Tatta it attracted 400,000 people to the cinema and will therefore be the first film to receive a platinum film in 2023. Director Jamel Aattache, screenwriter Donny Singh, producer Paul Ruven and actor Leo Alkemade received the award on Tuesday.
On average, only two films a year are awarded platinum film. The award is an initiative of the Netherlands Film Festival, with support from the Netherlands Film Fund and the Abraham Tuschinski Fund.

by De Tatta is about a wealthy ‘t Gooi family, who lose their entire fortune after a risky investment. They are forced to live in a simple apartment in a less affluent neighborhood.
