It was conducted by a private university lecturer from East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) with the initials FBS sexual harassment to a teenager with the initials SK (13). The harassment allegedly took place at the I Gusti Ngurah Rai airport in Bali.
“A case was held with the conclusion establishing FBS as a suspect of committing a criminal act of indecency against children,” Bali Police Public Relations Chief Kombes Stefanus Satake Bayu said, as quoted by Antara. detik BaliTuesday (10/1/2023).
FBS’s depraved act was carried out in the restroom of the domestic departures terminal on Wednesday (4/1). The victim’s father then filed a complaint with the SPKT Bali Police on suspicion of sexual harassment.
FBS has now been named a suspect. FBS is designated as a suspect in the sexual abuse under Article 76 E junco Article 82 paragraph 1 of law n. 17 of 2016 relating to the stipulation of the government regulation replacing the law (Perppu) n. 1 of 2016 relating to the second amendment of the law n.
PT Angkasa Pura I General Manager (GM) at Bali’s I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Handy Heryudhitiawan confirmed the incident. He has completely handed over the case to the Bali Police.
“This case was handled by the airport police and the Bali regional police,” Handy said separately.
