M Ecky Listyanto (34) have the courage to kill and maim the body Angela Hindriati (54). Angela’s mutilated body was held for a year. So what prompted Ecky to have the courage to mutilate the victim’s body?
It is known that Angela’s body was found in 2 plastic bins in Ecky’s rented house in South Tambun, Bekasi Regency on 29 December 2022. Resmob Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya Kompol Resa Fiardy Marasabessy Sub-Directorate Chief revealed that initially Ecky they want to bury Angela’s body.
“The perpetrator’s mind at that time intended to bury him in a container. But since the victim’s body could not enter the container, it was finally decided to mutilate the victim’s body,” Resa said when contacted on Monday ( 9/1/2023).
Mutilated 7 parts
Previously, Ecky had confessed to investigators mutilated Angela’s body in seven parts. There are two body parts on the shoulder, namely the right and left shoulder, then the right ankle and the left leg.
“According to the suspect’s statement, there are 7 parts. Between the thigh and hip, two left and right, there are a total of 7 parts,” said the head of Unit IV Subdirectorate of Resmob Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya Kompol Tommy Haryono to journalists, Sunday (8/1/2023).
While the head and the body, Tommy said, are still a part. “Because the head and body are still fused together,” he said.
Ecky cold attitude
The police are still investigating the testimony of M Ecky Listiantho (34), a suspect in the mutilation of Angela Hindriati (54). Police said the suspect, Ecky, was cool when he was questioned by police. Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Criminal Investigation Unit director Hengki Haryadi revealed this when asked about Ecky’s reaction when he was questioned by the police.
“(Ecky’s attitude) is calm and cool,” Hengki told him detik comMonday (9/1/2023).
Hengki said his party is working with a number of expert teams to investigate the case of Angela’s mutilation. He included the psychiatric team, to study the psychology and background of suspect Ecky.
“The Apsifor team is working to investigate this perpetrator’s behavior, judging by his background and so on, and we involve a psychiatric team (to explore) the suspect’s psychology because he is cool, quiet, yes,” Hengki explained.
