In 2018, Marlène is pregnant with a baby girl. On May 12th she went to the Montfermeil hospital where she was to be treated. She is due to give birth on the 18th. Then she begins a long wait: 1h30 later she is finally treated, but her baby’s life and hers are in danger. The baby will only live for 3 days. She then filed a complaint against the hospital. Her lawyer, supported by BFMTV, confirms that a judicial inquiry has been opened. But the investigating judge decided to close the case. Marlène has decided to challenge the court’s decision before the preliminary investigation chamber, her hearing is scheduled for Thursday.
