Actors Comedy Series Friends for Life Received “Not a Penny” for Reruns | Movies and series

The actors of the RTL comedy series Friends forever never took advantage of the series’ years of reruns. According to protagonist Peter Lusse, they “didn’t get a red penny” for it.

Lusse said it on Sunday on Radio 1’s non-profit program By Perstribune. The series was seen on television in the early 1990s and has been rerun many times since.

“It is what it is, you can’t change it,” said the now 63-year-old Lusse. He played Friends forever Eddie’s role.

“Edwin de Vries is in favor My daughter and I sometimes he filed a lawsuit,” Lusse continued. “He didn’t win. Yes, those contracts were airtight. We didn’t think we should pay attention to that at the time, because all that repeating wasn’t like that at all.”

According to Lusse, the reruns have only just begun Friends forever and other similar series. “I have a moral judgment about it. I think it’s a pimp mentality,” the actor said.

Lusse isn’t “harsh” about it. “I speak my mind, but to say it kept me awake… No, I won’t start with that.”

The original series of Friends forever aired between 1991 and 1993. A total of 65 episodes were made. Besides Lusse, the female lead was Mary-Lou van Stenis.
