Serbian star Novak Djokovic capped off the Adelaide International Tennis Championship by beating American Sebastian Korda in the final on Sunday.
And it took Djokovic three hours and eight minutes to beat Korda in straight sets to one, 6/7 (8/10), 7/6 (7/3) and 6/4.
Djokovic suffered a left hamstring injury during his win over Russia’s Daniel Medvedev on Saturday at Golden Square, but showed no signs of injury during his confrontation with Korda.
The coronation has come at an ideal time for Djokovic, who is aiming to win his tenth Australian Open title later this month.
Djokovic also recorded his 34th consecutive Australian Championship victory in five years.
