Juventus managed to beat Udinese in the Italian Premier League. Frederick Church dedicate the winnings to the deceased Gianluca Vialli.
Juventus vs Udinese presented at the Allianz Stadium, Sunday (8/1/2022) in the morning WIB. The only winning goal of the Old Lady was scored by Danilo in the 86th minute.
There are exciting scenes before and after the game. Juventus legend Gianluca Pessotto read an open letter to Vialli, who was also part of the Italy national team staff at Euro 2020.
Juventus full-back Chiesa then explained that Vialli won against Udinese. The two were close during the 2022 European Cup, which Italy won.
“Our first thought goes to Gianluca Vialli. He is an extraordinary person and I am very lucky to have met him in my life, because he is a true champion, but above all an extraordinary human being,” Chiesa told DAZN.
“At the European Championships he was really like an extra, he was on the pitch with us. We could talk for hours about how great he is. The win was for him.”
The former Chelsea and Juventus player died on Friday at the age of 58 after being diagnosed with cancer for five years. He was first diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2017.
