JAKARTA, JAMBIEKSPRES.CO.ID- Come on! After the long wait, the fuel price will finally drop in early 2023.
Pertamina officially lowered their fuel prices in early 2023 to be exact on January 3, 2023 around 2.00pm WIB.
Unlike usual, Pertamina immediately lowered 4 types of fuel.
The 4 types of fuel that suffered a decrease were Pertamax, Pertamax Turbo, Dextile and Pertamina Dex.
The price of Pertamax fuel is IDR 12,800 per liter compared to the previous price of IDR 13,900 per liter or a decrease of approximately IDR 1,100 per litre.
The latest price for Pertamax Turbo is IDR 14,050 per litre. From the previous IDR 15,200 per litre.
For the latest Dextile price, IDR 16,150 per litre. The previous price was IDR 18,300 per litre, down about IDR 2,150 per litre.
Pertamax Dex at 16,750 per liter from the previous IDR 18,800 per litre.
According to BUMN Minister Erick Tohir, the reduction in unsubsidized fuel prices went into effect today at 14.00 WIB.
“The decision to reduce the price of Pertamax fuel is due to the fact that many use this type of fuel and it is hoped that this reduction will increase unsubsidized fuel consumption,” Erick explained.
In addition, Erick also explained that Pertamina’s fuel price drop was also inseparable from the drop in world oil prices, so the government also lowered the selling price of unsubsidized fuel.
While PT Pertamina (Persero) Chief Executive Nicke Widyawati confirmed that the new Pertamina Pertamax fuel price will go into effect at 2pm local time
