The instant messaging application now lets you share polls in chats or groups and is now available for both Android and iPhone.
Here we tell you how, follow this step by step ⬇️
- Open your application from your mobile
Or from WhatsApp Web. In both environments it works.
2. Enter the chat or group you want to participate in the survey. Locate at the bottom where you write the text of a message you are about to send, you will find the attachment icon, press it!
3. You will find a series of icons with various functions, locate the one for poll, a symbol with a three bar graph.
4. The window will open ‘create a poll’. start filling up: first the survey question and then the options, WhatsApp allows you up to 12 options. When you’re done, tap the submit icon in the bottom right.
5. The poll will now appear in the chat or group and you can see the results at the bottom by pressing see grades where you can see the vote in detail and the time the vote was sent.
6. One thing you should keep in mind is that WhatsApp always conducts polls allow multiple selectionso that users can select as many options as they like; Note, votes are not anonymous..
