Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Social media activists have released a video clip of Portuguese star, Cristiano Ronaldo, about a goal achieved by his new club in Saudi Arabia, Al-Nasr Club, which has sparked interaction.
Al-Nasr Club has published, in a tweet on its Twitter social network account, the video clip of Ronaldo’s reaction, while he appears sitting on an exercise bike training.
Cristiano Ronaldo will not participate for the first time with Saudi outfit Al-Nasr, for at least two weeks after his club confirmed to Reuters on Friday that the Portuguese star must implement a two-match ban imposed by the English Football Association in November 2022.
Ronaldo has received the punishment after he smashed an Everton fan’s phone out of his hands, after his former club Manchester United were defeated by Everton.
The suspension means that Ronaldo will be able to make his first appearance on 22 January when the Al-Nasr club take on the youth team at home at Riyadh’s Marsool Park stadium.
