The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development confirmed that the Saudi employee’s age must be between 18 and 60 for him to fall within the scope of the establishment.
The ministry specified, through its Twitter account, that the worker cannot be hired by a person other than the employer without transferring the service or providing for a secondment through the “Ajeer” platform.
He specifies that the job mobility service is a service that organizes the job transfers of expatriates from one structure to another according to the documented contracts between the two parties.
