One of the longest-lived divers is a 60-year-old man who entered the river for the 48th time.
In recent years, hundreds have come to Hristo Botev’s city to experience the tradition first-hand. At noon, guests of Kalofer can also attend the celebration of the anniversary of the birth of Hristo Botev. The celebration will be attended by the Vice President of Bulgaria Iliana Yotova.
