Aston Villa have announced the signing of Jordan Nobbs on an 18-month contract with Arsenal, ending his 12.5-year tenure with the Gunners.
The England midfielder, who has made 69 appearances, has an option in his contract to extend his stay at Aston Villa.
During her time at Arsenal, Nobbs won three WSL titles, four Women’s FA Cup trophies and five Women’s League Cups.
Coach Carla Ward said: “It’s a big commitment for us and Jordan is one of the most accomplished footballers in the country.
“She is a winner and will bring a wealth of experience which will benefit her new team mates.
“We are delighted with his signing and hope this step will help the football club and consolidate its place in the international squad.”
