I am very happy to have the opportunity to return to Albirex Niigata for the first time in 13 years. Using the experience we have cultivated so far, we will improve the environment and train coaches so that the academy can produce players who can consistently perform at the top, players who can be active in the world and players who can play an active role in the national team Japanese, I would like to go there. At the same time, in order for the players involved in the academy to live a better life, I would like to make efforts to improve and nourish their humanity through the activities of the academy.
In the future, I would appreciate it if more people, not just top teams, would come to Academy games and support the “Next Hero’s”.
