10pm: House robbery in Oosterparkbuurt Groningen
On the Langezijde in the Oosterparkbuurt in Groningen, there was a house robbery on Thursday evening. A suspect has been arrested. More details about the robbery were not disclosed. The police are investigating.
17:10: Traffic jam at the A7 motorway junction in Stad after the collision
A collision occurred at the entrance to the A7 in Stad late Thursday afternoon. This created a traffic jam in front of the driveway. According to a press photographer present, a car had to be towed.
5.05pm: Cyclist injured after collision in Veendam
An accident occurred on JG Pinksterstraat in Veendam shortly after 5pm, in which a cyclist was run over by a motorist. The police, the ambulance service and the mobile medical team with a trauma helicopter arrived at the scene. The injured victim was taken to the hospital. A motorist and a cyclist collided on Hereweg in Groningen. It is not known if there are any injuries. The collision occurred on the corner of Rabenhauptstraat, where traffic was unaffected by the accident.
13:00 Woman from central Groningen seriously injured in accident on A6 near Lemmer
A 51-year-old woman from the municipality of Central Groningen was seriously injured in an accident on the A6 near Lemmer yesterday afternoon, reports De Noordoostpolder.
12.55pm: Firefighters put out the fire on the roof of Mussel
A fire broke out in a house on Musselweg in Mussel. Firefighters are on site with an aerial platform to put out the fire. Nothing is known about the cause yet.
Update 1:20pm: Firefighters have the fire under control. There was a fire in both the cavity and the roof.
9.45am: Injured after collision in Veenhuizen (Drenthe)
This morning there was a collision between two cars at the intersection of Hoofdweg and Kerklaan in Veenhuizen (Drenthe). A third vehicle had to swerve and collided with a tree, reports a photographer at the scene.
The occupants of the two colliding cars were taken to hospital by ambulance, a police spokesman said.
9.40: Two men arrested in the Municipality for vandalism

A van caught fire at the Groningen Roer in the night between Wednesday and Thursday.
The firefighters were unable to prevent the van from going out completely.
A car parked next to the van was also damaged.
