Expo. 50 years of stage costumes of the Ballet de Marseille

For the lucky ones still on holiday, a trip to Auvergne offers the opportunity to discover the liveliest regional fair of the moment. Across no fewer than 18 rooms, the National Center for Stage Costume offers a dive into the 130 most beautiful fabrics having dressed almost 50 years of fashion shows.

Archives, photographs, iconic pieces by Yves Saint Laurent – ​​Roland Petit and Notre-Dame de Paris era – or by Gianni Versace, choreographic reconstructions, cult accessories and improbable materials make up this infinitely rich wardrobe. The scenography is by Julien Peissel, a workmate of the (LA)HORDE troupe. Let’s go !
