Azizi invests 20 billion dirhams in its new project in Dubai South

Azizi Real Estate Development has entered into an agreement with Q International Consultants to advise on the development of the master plan for a recently acquired 15 million sq ft plot of land in Dubai South, with 24 million sq m of gross floor area. Azizi will be the lead developer responsible for constructing buildings, roads and various infrastructure elements for this huge mixed-use project, which costs around AED 20 billion. Upon completion, the project will provide a cluster of luxury villas and residences, retail and entertainment spaces and many more in the Dubai South Golf District. Azizi’s vision for the development of this project is to make it an outstanding and innovative destination, and one of the most unique and attractive areas in the country, to attract more than 100,000 visitors per day from outside the complex. The short presentation presented by “Q” shows the existence of a unique Boulevard with distinct specifications, as it is 3 km long, and will be air-conditioned, covered with glass and suitable for walking, and includes commercial areas, retail spaces and restaurants offers a variety of international food and drink, as well as cinema and activity spaces, night life, children’s play areas, large underground car park and much more. Many of the residences and three to five-star hotels of the complex will be directly connected to the Boulevard area, and to the large crystal clear bathing lake, with shores 3 km long, similar to the seashore, in addition to the presence of many characteristic water games ‘water and vast parks that extend green areas.
