Islam Ahmed Suleiman, CEO of Real Estate Reportage, said that the company’s performance during the year 2022 was outstanding, as the company achieved numerous milestones, with the sale of approximately 2048 housing units and the organization of 11 special sales events, which saw 390 sales transactions, worth AED 359 million.
He stressed that the continued increase in sales for the fifth consecutive year reflects “Reportage”‘s ability to keep pace with market changes and its flexibility to adapt to challenges, while continuing to launch new projects that meet the needs of customers.
Completed 3 projects
Suleiman said that during the year 2022, “Reportage Real Estate” managed to complete and deliver 3 real estate projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, as the “Al Raha Lofts 1” project was delivered in Al Raha Beach area in Abu Dhabi, which includes approximately 164 housing units, in addition to the “Al Waha Residence 1” project in Masdar City, which includes 612 apartments.
The company has also completed the first phase of the “Rakan Lofts” project, which the company is developing in the “Dubailand” area in collaboration with the “Continental Investments” company, as “Rakan Lofts 1” offers approximately 349 residential villas .
Suleiman emphasized that the completion and delivery of 3 new projects during 2022 reflects Reportage’s eagerness to implement all its projects according to the specified schedule, which increases investor confidence in Reportage’s projects and the real estate market in the Emirates United Arab.
4 new projects
Suleiman explained that “Reportage” continued to launch more new projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai last year, as the company launched the “Verdana” project in Dubai, located within the Dubai Investments Park, which consists of 305 units ‘Townhouse’, indicating the progress of construction work on the project., which is seeing a significant influx of buyers.
In Abu Dhabi, “Reportage” has launched, in the year 2022, the “Plaza” project in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, which includes 348 housing units. It has also launched the “Birla 1” project in Yas Island, which includes 190 housing units, in addition to “Pirla 2”, adds 115 new housing units.
Expansion abroad
Suleiman said that the year 2022 saw the launch of Reportage Real Estate for its second project outside the Emirates, namely the ‘Sylvana’ project in Basaksehir district of Istanbul, Turkey.
Which covers an area of 48,000 square meters, and provides 232 terraced houses, designed in Italian style, and includes 4 fully finished rooms, with a height of one ground floor and two floors, where “Silvana” qualifies the buyers to obtain Turkish citizenship.
Suleiman explained that the launch of the second ‘Reportage’ project outside the UAE, following the 2021 launch of the ‘Mount Napoleon’ project in the city of Mostakbal in New Cairo, Egypt, reflects the firm’s strong financial solvency , the stability of its business, and its ability to implement many new projects in various regions.
Reportage Real Estate revealed, during the first quarter of last year, the start of construction works on the “Mount Napoleon” project in Egypt, which will be developed in collaboration with Al-Ahly Sabbour Company, a leader in real estate development in Egypt, where “Monte Napoleone” will rise on an area of 465,000 square meters. It will include 5,500 housing units, and the first phase will provide 1,309 apartments and townhouses. The project is expected to be delivered by the fourth quarter of 2025.
Arab Real Estate Awards
Suleiman explained that the results of the year 2022 culminated with Reportage Real Estate winning three awards under the Arab Real Estate Awards 2022-2023, in the Arab and African regions, which is one of the top awards in the region and affiliated at the international real estate awards, as the project “Al Maryah Vista 2” won two awards for “Best residential project”.
