Sudanese Sovereignty Council Deputy Chairman Muhammad Hamdan Dagalo, “Hemedti”, announced the closing of Sudan’s borders with Central Africa to prevent what he called sedition and maintain a good neighbourhood.
Hamidti accused the parties – he did not name them – of planning regime change in Central Africa from within Sudanese borders.
He underlined the failure of the attempt to overthrow the regime in Central Africa and the arrest of those involved.
He also referred to the opening of camps to monitor and control Sudanese borders with central Africa.
