The actress was on a moped and due to a pothole on the road in Rome she made a bad fall that caused her several fractures and pain that had become chronic and has not yet been defeated. To aggravate the situation, as she explained, the distrust of the doctors who did not believe her: “At the time there was no talk of chronic pain. I had to go to Arizona and they were amazed that it was not talked about in Italy”.
However, for the actress the battle is not over: “Unfortunately it is not over. I would like not to have the pity of the people. I am combative, strong, I want to help thousands of people who are struggling with chronic pain. With my strength, I would like continue this problem,” said Dalila, thanking the presenter for giving her the opportunity to tell her experience and launch her appeal.

In 1991 she lost her 22-year-old son in a car accident, and at 62 she tried to become a mother again, but it didn’t go well. “Despite my age I tried to have a baby, but I miscarried”, she told the weekly “Chi” in 2015: “The doctors told me it would be a risky step, but I tried anyway”.
In the Sunday parlor of Barbara d’Urso then, in 2017, the actress had retraced the most difficult moments of her life, or three sexual assaults suffered when she was a child. “The first time I was raped by a cousin when I was only six years old.” The second at the age of 17, at the end of a fashion show: “I was targeted by a guy who kidnapped me for four days, I suffered all kinds of suffering. But I’m a lioness, I overcome everything”. The third at forty years old, “Betrayed by a person I thought was a friend. He was a billionaire: if I had sued him he would have crushed me”, says the actress, who however glosses with a smile: “I managed to find inside me the strength to overcome these shocks and above all to forgive”.
