Almost a year ago, the performer of the hit “Love will save the world” left Russia and began to help his native Ukraine, settling in Italy. Judging by the publications in the personal microblog on Instagram *, the artist took the start of the CBO very much to his heart. According to rumors, not the most pleasant changes took place in her personal life in parallel.
Brezhnev stopped appearing in public with her legal husband Konstantin Meladze, and more recently, her wedding ring also disappeared from her ring finger. The star won’t comment on her divorce rumors, but she is happy to talk about personal principles. Since the new year, Vera has firmly decided to change her life.
In a personal microblog on Instagram *, Brezhnev openly stated that he suffered from depression in August. Together with the shaken mental health, the artist decided to improve his physical condition – he changed the method of nutrition. Previously, she Vera did not consume gluten, sugar and dairy products, and now she also refuses meat, eggs, caffeine and alcohol.
“Now onto a very clean diet. Order and emotion have come to the body,” the celeb shared.
In the new year, Vera also resumed some old, but, in her opinion, useful habits. For example, on an empty stomach you drink water with lemon juice or fresh celery juice without pulp, water, ice and other additives. Of course, the psychological state of the fleeing artist has also changed. Now Brezhnev looks at everything with different eyes.
Now she regularly reads useful books, supports her friends, plays sports both at home and in the gym, and also enjoys every minute of her life: she buys flowers without waiting for someone to give them to her, and keeps a gratitude diary.
“But last year I left the bad habit of being a good and comfortable girl and said goodbye to it,” the radiant and fit Vera told her subscribers.
