1. Dry mouth

When you have diabetes, excess sugar builds up in your blood. This causes your kidneys to work extra hard to remove sugar from your blood and reabsorb it back into your body. But if your kidneys are working too hard, the sugar will leave your body in your urine.
If you often experience dry mouth or are very thirsty when you wake up in the morning, take it as a sign of diabetes in the morning and have your blood sugar checked immediately.
2. Nausea
Another sign that appears in the morning due to increased blood sugar levels is nausea. This can occur due to complications from diabetes or other conditions. Most of the time, the nausea is harmless and only momentary.
However, nausea can be accompanied by additional symptoms that indicate a more serious diabetes problem.
3. Blurred vision
Diabetes can also cause the lens of the eye to enlarge, which can cause blurred vision. The lens of the eye can change shape and vision can become blurry if blood sugar levels drop rapidly.
Once your blood sugar stabilizes, your vision will return to normal. This is also a sign of diabetes in the morning.
4. Great tingling in the feet

6. Hands are shaking
Blood sugar levels below four millimoles (mmol) per liter usually produce symptoms such as feeling hungry, shaking and sweating which are typical early warning signs. In more extreme conditions, you can also experience confusion and difficulty focusing.
7. Erectile dysfunction
Men with diabetes, especially type 2 diabetes, often suffer from erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction is the inability to get or maintain an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse. This can result from long-term inadequate blood sugar regulation, which can damage nerves and blood vessels.
