Monica Geuze stops vlogging after more than eight years, says the 27-year-old influencer in her latest video on her YouTube channel. She was one of the first daily vloggers in the Netherlands who managed to attract hundreds of thousands of viewers and became famous for it.
Geuze quits vlogging because it’s no longer possible to “keep all your balls in the air” and finds it hard to keep sharing everything about her private life, she says. She also says in her latest video of hers that she and her boyfriend, who has been seen a lot in her vlogs, have broken up. Geuze says she is “extremely grateful” to her followers for all that she has brought to her.
In 2014, Geuze started with daily vlogs, where he would take viewers into his daily life. A few years later, she decided to turn it into a weekly vlog.
Her fans saw how her relationship with footballer Lars Veldwijk ended and that she became the mother of daughter Zara-Lizzy. Geuze was also open about her, among other things cosmetic proceduresvisit to the psychologist and co-parenting with her ex.
Geuze continues to make videos
Over the years, the vlogger has become known to the general public, starting to present TV shows, publish books and collaborate with well-known brands. Prior to her vlogging career, she was already known as a DJ for rapper Ronnie Flex.
Geuze has more than half a million subscribers to his YouTube channel, making him one of the most popular in the Netherlands. That account won’t be closed and she wants to continue making videos, but not sharing her daily life. She also remains active as an influencer on Instagram and TikTok where she also has many followers.
