112 news: the motorist collides with a tree near Wehe-den Hoorn

A motorist was injured on New Year’s Eve when she ran over to the side of the road on the N361 from Mensingeweer towards Wehe-den Hoorn for unknown reasons and collided with a tree. No other road users were affected. A salvage company has been called over the damaged car, while police are investigating the circumstances. The woman, who eventually had to be taken to the hospital, was able to get out of the car with help from the emergency services. Due to the consequences of the accident, the road between Wehe-den Hoorn and Mensingeweer was closed.
