Gabrovo is the first in the world to say goodbye to the old 2022 and welcome 2023. This happens for the sixth consecutive year. In the city center there were lavish New Year’s decorations and a festive concert, reported bTV.
The square “Vazrazhdane” was filled with hundreds of Gabrovo residents and guests of the city.
Since the people of Gabrovo are thrifty, they do not welcome the new year first, but rather send the old one away.
“The people of Gabrov are very thrifty and calculating, but not for smiles and fun. This is another year when the people of Gabrovo go out and have fun,” said actor Svetoslav Slavchev.
They explain that one of the arguments is that the artist’s fees on December 30 are much lower.
