Saudi Arabia: iqama for foreigners, re-entry renewal fee will be doubled Reentry visa and residency renewal fees are doubled for expats outside Saudi Arabia

Jeddah: Non-Saudi Arabia re-entry visa extension and Iqama renewal fees are doubling. The local Saudi newspaper ‘Al Madina’ reported that the government has decided to change the royal decision regarding the Iqama and the return taxes. If the foreigner is in Saudi Arabia, the re-entry fee is 200 riyals for two months and 100 riyals for each additional month.

If out of the country, the monthly fee of 100 Riyals will be 200 Riyals to extend the return period. The fee for the multiple re-entry visa is 500 riyals for three months and 200 riyals for each additional month. If you are out of the country, it will be double the current amount (400 Riyals) for each month to extend the period. The re-entry visa can only be extended if the iqama is valid. This also applies to re-entry visas for dependent visa holders. If the dependents are abroad, the fee for the renewal of the iqama through the electronic portal of the Ministry of the Interior will also be doubled.
