Three months ago, Spain was sixth on the list of EU countries with the lowest inflation. By October, the country had risen to second place. And in November, the Spanish dethroned the French as Europe’s best inflation fighters. With 6.8%, Spain scored significantly better than the average of 11.1% in the Union.
