Famed British fashion designer ‘Queen of the West’ Vivienne Westwood died in London on Thursday (29) at the age of 81.

Vivienne Westwood’s bold and avant-garde clothing style has a high status in the fashion industry. Vivienne Westwood is one of the fashion designers deeply influenced by punk culture in the 70s. She once said, “I’m the savior of punk culture. How can anyone leave a comment in this culture?” “Costume punk” includes designer accessories such as bondage ties, safety pins, blades and chains, as well as over-the-top hair and makeup.
Some of Vivienne Westwood’s works are collected by the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, England, which describes her as a truly revolutionary force in the fashion industry. She was awarded an OBE by the British royal family and was made a Dame in 2006. British culture secretary Donnellan expressed his condolences for her on social networking sites, describing it as a sad day.
