Pondok Aren Police Member, South Tangerang (Tangsel) Police, Bripka HK Ethics Trial Regarding Case deal to domestic violence (KDRT). Bripka HK’s wife with the initials IS protested against the sanctions imposed on her husband because it was considered unjust.
Bripka HK Ethics Trial was held on Thursday (29/12/2022). Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Endra Zulpan said Bripka HK received a four-year demotion penalty.
“The decision at the KKEP trial is 4 years demotion and 1 year delay,” Polda Metro Jaya Kombes public relations chief Endra Zulpan said on Thursday (29/12/2022).
In his complaint, the cases he reported were related to infidelity and carelessness.
“The complaint is not domestic violence, but adultery and neglect,” he said.
Bripka HK’s wife protested
Through its lawyer, IS protested the decision. The verdict is considered unfair.
“After hearing the results of the Polri Code of Ethics Trial decision on behalf of Bripka HK who decided not to be registered by PTDH, only 4 years demotion and 1 year delay in grade, according to my client the decision was not right for him,” Bripka HK’s wife’s lawyer Tris Haryanto said in her statement on Thursday (29/12/2022).
According to him, the facts at the trial were clear that Bripka HK had affairs with many women. Bripka HK himself admitted what he had done.
“Bripka HK admits that he has been in relationships with many women and abandoned them. In fact, my client has not been supported physically and mentally since July 2022 after he was expelled. This clearly hurt my client’s heart and feelings, as well as at the Polri institution,” he said.
Tris said Bripka HK should be tackled firmly. One of them is because it can tarnish the name of the Polri institution.
“The National Police should take firm action against unscrupulous members like Bripka HK who do not have good morals, which obviously makes the institution’s image bad in the public eye,” he added.
