A simple and delicious recipe, signed Justine Piluso, to be eaten between or after the holidays. A miso soup that you can make with locally grown shiitake and bok choy.
His journey begins in Solidarity Gardens of Niort.
Frank it will introduce him to this inclusive and sharing place, which allows everyone to come and garden and get away from it all. After putting her hands in the dirt, our chef will harvest bok choy and shiso, a Japanese basil.
And it is in this place full of surprises that he will meet Amanda , a member and cooking enthusiast that Justine will cook with. Our chef will have the mission of recovering the last ingredient of the recipe of the day: shitake mushrooms.
The adventure continues Marie, a few kilometers from Niort, and more particularly in its mushroom greenhouse. He will reveal all the secrets of this Japanese mushroom, the second most cultivated in the world.
Once in the kitchen, Amandine and Justine will do Miso soup, traditional Asian soup, but with 100% local products ! You don’t have to go far to travel, a motto that Amandine asserts in her kitchen.
Franck will join our two chefs for the end of this journey which will end with the tasting of this dish with a thousand flavours.
