Seeing this, the residents immediately surrounded and secured the man.
South Ciamis (RCS) volunteer Iwan Gordon said residents saw the man rage in a warehouse courtyard.
The emotion of the residents, in fact, was caused when the man damaged a vehicle that was parked.
“The perpetrators also damaged a number of rear-view mirrors that were parked in the yard of the warehouse, until eventually residents surrounded and crippled them,” Iwan said.

Fortunately, the agents immediately arrived at the scene so that the perpetrators did not have time to become targets for residents.
According to Iwan, after successfully securing the perpetrator, officers immediately verified the man’s identity.
“From the examination results, the author may have mental disorder (odgj). He is from Bojongkantong, Langensari, Banjar city,” he said.
