The head of HOVA, Oleg Sinegubov, informed that as a result of a morning Russian attack on Kharkov, a man received a shrapnel wound.
“As a result of the morning attacks of the invaders in Kharkov, a 48-year-old man received a shrapnel wound. He is in the hospital in a state of moderate severity,- he wrote Sinegubov in the telegram.
Adviser to the head of the Kharkiv regional council Natalya Popova clarifiedthat the fragment entered the shin of the wounded man.
Former head of HOVA informed that the “arrival” fell on the Slobodsky district. There is currently no information on the destruction. However, columns of black smoke rose over the city after the impact, rescuers from the State Emergency Service set off for the place.
