- Those who come to China must undergo the nucleic acid test 48 hours before departure, those who fail can come to China without applying for the health code from our overseas embassy or consulate, by filling in the result in the customs health declaration form. If positive, affected personnel should come to China after turning negative.
- Nucleic acid testing and centralized isolation for all personnel after entry will be canceled. Those who have a normal health declaration and no abnormalities in the routine quarantine at the port customs can be released to enter the society.
- Number control measures for international passenger flights such as “five” and passenger load factor restrictions will be canceled. All airlines continue to do a good job of preventing epidemics on board and passengers are required to wear face masks when boarding.
- Further optimize the arrangements for foreign nationals coming to China, such as the resumption of work and production, business, overseas study, family visits, meetings, etc., and provide the corresponding visa convenience.
- Passenger entry and exit at sea and land ports will gradually resume.
- According to the international epidemic situation and various service guarantee capabilities, the outbound travel of Chinese citizens will resume in an orderly manner.
