Your missions cover several aspects:
- Management of the administrative follow-up of the agents (management of individual files, administrative assignments, follow-up of transitions, advancement in rank and rank, decrees and contracts, departures of contractors, awarding of medals, follow-up of professional interviews, fulfillment of agent requests and drafting of response letters)
- Payroll management (entering payroll elements in the payroll software, verifying payroll and payroll compliance, managing personal data and agent payroll information, linking with hierarchies)
- Accident management – illness – departure – retirement (administration of illness, maternity and retirement of agents in Eksaé/CIRIL, monitoring of absences, departures, illnesses and retirement of agents, training and monitoring of CLM and CLD, accidents on duty, occupational disease, CNRACL, IRCANTEC, QCIR files, dematerialisation procedures for the Insurer and Social Security, drafting of letters and reports to the HR functions)
- Agent reception (reception, advice and information on procedures, development of information materials).
With a three-year degree in HR, BTS HR/accounting or other specialist diploma in HRM, you are familiar with local public service statutes and HR procedures. Self-driven and diplomatic, you master office tools, HR and payroll software, and scheduling methods. Available and rigorous, you know how to adapt and work cross-functionally. Equipped with a sense of teamwork, you demonstrate professional discretion, neutrality, availability, a taste for contact and the ability to listen.
