The “Yaza” association reported on Twitter that a young man had died in a terrible road accident on the Jounieh highway towards Tripoli at the “Casino du Liban”.
Al-Yaza said the incident had caused a choking traffic jam on the highway, urging drivers to quickly open the road when they heard the noise of ambulances.
It was later discovered that the victim was the young Talal Talib, from the town of Bashtayel – Al-Danniyeh district, as news of his death in the accident spread on social media.
