National Highway 52 above Hemsedalsfjellet was still closed at 5pm. Vegtrafiksentralen west previously reported a traffic accident in Eldrevatn. At 19:00 it is announced that the road is open.
County Road 51 above Valdresflye was still closed at 19:00, while County Road 53 between Tyin and Årdal and National Road 13 Vikafjellet were reopened after being closed earlier.

National Highway 7 above Hardangervidda was closed, but opened earlier for convoy driving and 6:00 p.m. for free traffic, reports the center of road traffic. At 19:00 there is again a convoy traveling the stretch.
The E134 on Haukelifjell is opened to free traffic after the train leads. Tuesday evening it will be snowy, minus 7 degrees, fresh breeze and light snow at times (6.45pm).
Previously, there was a convoy driving on county road 50 between Hol and Aurland, but at 19:00 the road is open.
Saltfjellet: May be closed at short notice
E6 above Saltfjellet was closed for periods on Tuesday but is now open. However, the road may be closed at short notice. At the same time, the Swedish Road Administration is asking motorists to be aware of the presence of reindeer on and along the road, especially at the Arctic Circle Centre.
Further north, the E69 between Skarsvåg and Nordkapp and county road 98 above Ifjordfjellet are closed due to thunderstorms.
E16 on Filefjell and highway 15 Strynefjellet is open. The same is the county road 450 Hunnedalen.
In central and northern Norway, most of the major mountain passes have to be opened of the road traffic centre overview shortly before 18.00. Exceptions include the E69 between Skarsvåg and Nordkapp.

If you plan to travel to Salten and southern Lofoten on Tuesday evening and overnight to Wednesday, Vegtrafikksentralen north has clear advice for you. They ask you to keep your hat or just stay inside. A yellow danger alert (the lowest danger level) has been issued for the area due to locally strong wind gusts.
Westerly storms and wind gusts of 30-37 meters per second are expected in Trøndelag on Tuesday evening. In Salten and southern Lofoten, a small thunderstorm from the west and north-west and wind gusts of 30-33 meters per second are expected on Tuesday evening and into the night until Wednesday.
