VIDEO SUMMARY. RUGBY. Brive rejoices, a fir-smelling Christmas for Clermont? The season is still long and maintenance far from assured for the CAB. But by beating Clermont at home before Christmas, Brive restarted the machine and gave herself the means to believe it to the end. Naturally, this success will have to be confirmed. But it was important for Patrice Collazo’s men to find their way back to victory after seven straight defeats. Winners 20 to 16 of Clermont, the CAB players couldn’t help but explode at the final whistle as we played 88 on the stadium clock. It must be said that they went on to conquer this precious success in the end thanks to a realization ofAbraham Papali’i moments before. Several players then returned to the turf as if Brive had won a title. The pillar Daniel Brennan exploded with joy…before giving a huge stamp on the shoulder to a teammate. Which obviously he didn’t want too much.
