Further delays were reported on flights to the United States and Canada. This has happened in various destinations, such as Puerto Rico and even Florida.
Flight delays to the United States and Canada
Many people will not be able to go home soon or visit their relatives in the last days of this year. This is due to the bad weather conditions that occurred in Puerto Rico, Florida and other states of the United States of Americaand even some regions of Canada.

Hundreds of tourists have been harmed by the low temperatures, constant snowfall and other weather mishaps that have befallen the American nation. These cause severe, often negative, changes in aerial activities. Places like South Florida continue to report many problems with flight operations.

“When the airline cancels your flight, most of them give you the option to reschedule the new flight yourself from the web or from the application. So you don’t have to wait for an agent/representative to assist you.”
Keep calm and ask for a refund
Given the current changes in flights, it is important that the following is done:
- Keep calm
- Know your consumer rights and the airline’s travel conditions
- Request a refund or a free exchange, request it if necessary. Remember that you are entitled to a refund, even if you purchase “non-refundable” tickets.
- Read the redemption coupons carefully and apply them in accordance with the terms and conditions of use. Otherwise, you may get additional charges.
