At a global level, Bernard Arnault, founder, chairman and CEO of Lvmh, reaches the top (180.5 billion dollars of assets) undermining Elon Musk (second with 162.9 billion of dollars). Amazon’s Jeff Bezos (109.9 billion) is passed into third place by Adani Group chairman Gautam Adani.
Italians
First place in Italy for John Ferrerosole director of the famous confectionery industry (assets of 35.3 billion dollars), which rises from 40th to 30th place in the world ranking compared to the beginning of 2022.
Right behind Giorgio Armani. The designer and founder of the fashion house of the same name has seen his assets reduced in recent years: from 8.9 billion in 2020 to 7.7 in 2021, up to the current 6.6. Second place in Italy corresponds to position 356 in the world ranking (at the beginning of the year it was 323).
Third place for Silvio Berlusconi. Assets growing in the last year (7.6 billion dollars compared to 5.3 in 2020) decreased during 2022, settling at 6.5 billion: compared to a few months ago (position 327) it falls to place 385 of the Forbes ranking.
The owner of the pharmaceutical company Menarini Massimiliana Landini Aleotti remains in 4th place in Italy. Assets of 5.3 billion, down from the 9.4 recorded at the beginning of the year, led to the move from position 256 to 479.
Enzo’s son Ferrari Pierovice president and owner of 10.2% of the company founded by his father, as well as president of the Ferretti group (manufacturer of luxury yachts) sees his assets decrease from 5.5 to 4.8 billion, but rises in the standings from the position 705 to 558.
In sixth and seventh place in Italy Patrick Bertelli and Miuccia Pradawho lead the famous fashion giant: with assets of 4.5 billion, they are respectively at position 601 and 603 in the Forbes ranking.
Sergio Stevanatopresident of the group of the same name that produces glass vials for medicines, especially for vaccines, rises from 1.9 billion at the beginning of the year to the current 4.4: from 29th in Italy it reaches 8th place, while at the ranks 626 in the world.
Ninth Joseph DeLonghipresident of the household appliance manufacturer of the same name: with assets of 4 billion, he reaches the 683rd position in the world
