These people will not receive a tax refund in 2023. These are the current limits and rules

Taxpayers are required to file PIT-37s between February 15 and May 2, 2023. For many, this is an opportunity to earn significant returns, unfortunately some will not be able to count on relief. Check out the list of people who won’t earn money on their tax return.

Filling out your tax return has never been easier than now. The PIT can be regulated through the Your e-PIT service set up by the Ministry of Finance. After logging in (for example using a trusted profile), it is sufficient to verify that the documents sent by employers or principals conform to the facts and send the declaration to the Revenue Agency.

Taxpayers whose income does not exceed PLN 30,000 are exempt from tax, while those who earn income above PLN 30,000 until the first tax threshold is exceeded will pay 12% tax.

There are also a number of tax breaks which mean that not only will we not have to pay tax, but we will also receive an excess refund. Unfortunately, not everyone is eligible for the discount. In the gallery below you will find a list of people who will not receive a tax refund in 2023:
