The Directorate General of Residence and Foreign Affairs in Dubai has organized the tenth session of the Knights of Excellence Forum 2022, with the aim of taking stock of the experiences of the winners of the most important local, regional and international awards, such as the Dubai Award for Excellence in Government in the 22nd Session and the Mohammed bin Rashid Award for Excellence in Government Performance and shed light on entities that have achieved competitive indicators at the level of the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE.
The forum was launched in the presence of Major General Sultan Yousef Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Federal Authority for Identity, Nationality, Customs and Port Security, Major General Obaid Muhair Bin Surour, Deputy Director General of the Directorate General of the Residency and Foreign Affairs in Dubai and Assistants to the Director General of the Dubai Residency.
The forum aimed to learn and benefit from the experiences and expertise of awardees from various government bodies and agencies, examining the most important ways and tools that lead to results and contribute to a positive impact on work environments.
Major General Obaid Muhair bin Surour said, “The forum aims to achieve the goals of sustainability at work by looking to the future and evoking the best experiences and practices that we apply in our institutions and official bodies to benefit from them.” The Knights of Excellence Forum for the year 2022 is considered one of the important forums that give us the opportunity to meet each other. Discover successful experiences, exchange experiences and benefit from the inspiring success stories of local, regional and international award winners. For his part, Colonel Abdul Samad Hussain Suleiman, Deputy Director for Entrepreneurship and Future Business at the Dubai residency, said, ‘We have built a passion team in administration and have faced challenges with a distinct working style and a generous team, and the result was our access to the elite”.
The forum was attended by various government bodies and agencies who registered their presence in local and international awards forums.
The forum highlighted the experiences of distinguished employees.
The forum concluded its work with a discussion session entitled: “Meeting the best practices of local and federal government”.
