Retired Egyptian actress Zizi Adel revealed bold information about her participation in the “Star Academy” program.
Zizi Adel said: “If time returned to me, I certainly would not have gone to the Star Academy program, because now, having changed my mind and approached our Lord, and everything that happens to me makes me say that there were so many things that I shouldn’t have done, but I’m one of those people who don’t regret and see that everything happened.” In my life there is order and everything has reasons, my experience in Star Academy was the beginning of success and launch, I became famous from the program even if I didn’t have a song or anything, but I was famous as if I was a star who had been singing for 10 years, and I got offers from big production companies, when I went back to Egypt, I couldn’t believe the number of people who came to receive me, because I was there for 4 months, there was no television, and I didn’t know whether I was known abroad or not, and I didn’t know whether news was being written about me or not, and when I returned I was shocked that I was famous and the world was different. It didn’t fit the traditions of our society, there were cameras everywhere, even the bathrooms had cameras in the mirrors, and this problem was annoying.
Zizi Adel’s speech came during her meeting with the media, Yasmine Ezz, on the People’s Talk program.
