Accidents, Traffic | Cars spinning on E18: – Difficult driving conditions

On Saturday afternoon, a car spun on the E18 just north of Langangen near Vassbotten. The accident occurred in the north lane.

Senior police officer, Jesper Bjørnhøy, says there was a man in the car when the accident happened.

– He was driving on the E18 when another car arrived and was leaving Vassbotten on the E18, so he had to brake and lose control of the car. The car then hit the guardrail, says Bjørnhøy.

The man was taken to the emergency room by ambulance.

– Drive carefully

Bjørnhøy says the driving conditions are tough.

– It’s slippery, we encourage everyone to drive carefully, says Bjørnhøy.

Traffic is passing through the accident scene smoothly.
