Baghdad – Italian premier Giorgia Meloni arrives in Iraq. During the meeting with the Iraqi Prime Minister, the strengthening of economic relations was discussed.
The Iraqi prime minister has called for enhanced cooperation in the agriculture, irrigation and health sectors. They have also expressed a willingness to invest in Iraq. He also personally visited the Italian troops deployed in Iraq. This will also be Georgia’s first tour outside Europe as Prime Minister of Italy.
