Al-Marsad Journal: Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Othman, professor and consultant in clinical education, revealed the best healthy way to lose weight without dieting.
Al-Othman said, in a video through his account on the “Tik Tok” application: “The best healthy way to lose weight without dieting; First: do not come to the meal when you are hungry and eat useful, healthy and fiber-rich foods, such as salads, cooked vegetables, fruit salads or soups.
And he continued: “Make sure you eat one or two of these foods an hour before your meal, and when you eat the main meal, eat in very small quantities,” noting, “The second stage, use the healthy plate system.”
