The Ministry of Health and Population announced the dispatch of 21 ambulances this Saturday evening to the site of the collapse of a sports stadium in Dr. Hassan Mostafa Hall in the city on October 6 during the collapse of Al-Ahly and Al- Ittihad of Alexandria match in the basketball super cup.
Dr Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, official spokesman for the Ministry of Health and Population, explained that the initial inventory indicated that 27 citizens were injured including fractures and bleeding, most of which were not life threatening, and 18 of them were transferred to the Central Hospital on 6 October and 9 injured were transferred to the Sheikh Zayed Specialist Hospital, and follow-up visits are underway.
