Alexandria – Mohamed El Badry:
Dr. Amal El-Prince, director of Fever Hospital affiliated with the Directorate of Health Affairs of Alexandria, announced the start of the experimental operation of the rabies vaccination, starting from Sunday, December 25th.
A statement issued by the Directorate of Health Affairs of Alessandria, this Saturday, states that it is known that rabies is caused by a virus that is transmitted to humans from the saliva of infected animals.
The statement indicated that the human death rate from rabies reaches 100 percent if the infected person does not receive the vaccine.
